Crashing at cutscenes

So I was playing on Friendstory just for fun and when I got to a cutscene, my game crashed. There was just a black screen and then Maplestory disappeared. The launcher said I was "currently in-game. " Anybody know how I can fix the issue?

    Use task manager to close every nexon launcher process and try again. The game likes to crash during cutscenes.
