says it's on in the event list, but I don't got the quest from Kemdi.

    Are you on Luna? Apparently it's bugged only on Luna.

    Don't even got the quest to click to see that. is it on a certain channel only?

    I'm in Mybckn. It's a largely inconsistent bug.
