Cannot start Papulatus Pre-quests

Currently, it is impossible to do the papulatus pre-quests. Although my world map indicates that I have a quest in the map where it is usually started, my minimap indicates that I don't have a quest there.

Players can still enter by receiving a Piece of Cracked Dimension from players that completed the prequests before the update.

    I could be remembering wrong (or it changed sometimes in the last month) but you need a badge from one of the guys near the Lower Floor entrance to enter the room where you use the Piece of Cracked DImension.

    They blocked off the quests until January 3.
