Bug type: game play

Brief bug summary:
Legion total levels only counts forty characters' levels

More details:
After the latest update, I have created my forty-first character and leveled it to 100+. But it seems like the total level of the legion is the sum of forty characters' level, even though there are forty one characters in total. Is this normal of a bug?

Steps to reproduce:
Open the legion system in the game.

Character name: WalkerF

Character level: 235

Character job: Shade

World name: Scania

Date: after Nova update in Nov. 29

    It may not have been explained properly, but I believe it is supposed to only consider the top 40.

    It is for this reason actually that it would be harmless for nexon to give us more character slots than kms. Wink wink.

    I heard from KMS and also Luna GMS that only the top 40 characters are considered for the Legion system.
