Anyone else not receive the black transmitter/transistor (sub weapon) from the box?

before I fill out a bug report, I want to see if anyone else not get it. I received everything else (100% epic pot, slot coupon, maple points and the potion, and even the sub weapon coupon) but upon double clicking the coupon the coupon disappeared but no sub weapon in my inventory

    You can redeem it from a quest in the event tab after the coupon disappears
