Lost mesos in Auction House

Hi all!

I have just submitted a ticket. This must be a bug.

I sold some pops from the event at Auction House but i didn't receive mesos. I have lost 59.977.775 mesos.

    Did you collect them? Might help if you show a screenshot how you know that you sold and didn't get mesos. I've been selling/buying Dragon Pops and my mesos seem to be transitioning fine.

    Yes, i pressed "collect button", but i didn't receive mesos.

    I sold lots of pops before too, and it didn't fail, but the transanction i marked failed. It said "complete receive" but i didn't receive mesos.
    I tried restarting the game, but it didn't work.

    I haven't collected next transactions waiting for an answer from technical support.
