Disconnects at the worst times

So is there any reason why certain content always disconnects me randomly? Usually I get a ton of lag at first (server lag), followed by a dc shortly after. Most of the time, it ends up being Dream Defender, and that ends up wasting a run (because consistency). I never have this problem in Spirit Savior, so there's something in Defender that causes this.

Or maybe the servers just suck, I don't know anymore.

    Servers are broken again.
    Most of luna is broken.
    Every channels has lag and disconnects.

    On second thought, it isn't the servers. It's something about certain instanced maps that is causing me to lag. Papulatus is also an issue for me.
