Buff mille aguilles

So i noticed that phantoms hurricane skill needs to be buffed really badly.
Suggestions: reduxe mana cost, i literally run out of mana after using the skill for 1 minute.
Increase damage to 200%
One of the problems of the skills is that it is a low damage percent skill. By buffing its damage, there will be noticable change in damage when you increase your range.

    Mille is getting buffed to 110% plus the hyper. It hits 3x, so it’ll end up being the same as other hurricane speed skills. Plus you can say it hits 4 lines with carte noir.

    As for mp, I’m assuming you’re 100-120? Or if that’s not it, Mille Aguille shouldn’t be used for mobbing, penombre or a stolen skill like bazooka or showdown should be used. Cause at 212, I rarely ever run out of mp
