Bug type: Quest register error / information fail

Brief bug summary: Dr. Kim Request 15 and 45 times bug

More details: After I completed 15 request and claimed prize. I got the coins. I checked the list again game says that I have completed it 45 times too. I pressed it and it said ”Didn’t you already get the reward?” This might be display bug or not. Can you check this?
