Vengeful Ring

So I was trying to increase the upgrade slots for my vengeful ring but none of the hammer works. I already used the 100% hammer from my marvel but i dont know how to get the second slot. Can anyone help me? Writing a ticket did not help at all.

    You need a Vicious Golden Hammer, can't remember if that's the Marvel one or Gach, or if you can even get it anymore.

    I got the vicious from marvel and applied it first... does that mean the cs golden hammer wont work anymore?
