Brief bug summary: Shotgun punch damage lowered with Decent Combat orders

More details:

Decent Combat Orders (DCO) adds +1 too all 4th job skills, and the main reason why I wanted DCO on my Blaster was because of what it does to Combo Training II WITH DCO, WITHOUT DCO and wanted to confirm if that was an actually +10% final damage increase and I end up finding a disgusting bug on shotgun punch (4th job skill).

I did two damage tests, one with decent combat orders and without on a 75% DEF Straw Dummy

These are the results:

Without Decent Combat Orders

With Decent Combat Orders

Note: Echo was used 4 seconds before the end of the DCO DPM test.

So for whatever reason I end up with a -5.4% decrease in accumulated damage on shotgun punch (4th job skill) but a 9.8% increase in accumulated damage on revolving cannon(1st job skill).

I did the same 2 tests using the no reload technique which incorporates Magnum Punch (1st job skill), Revolving Cannon (1st job skill) and Double Blast (2nd Job skill).

These are the results:

Without Decent Combat Orders

With Decent Combat Orders

Note: Same damage buffs were used for the 2 above tests.

On every test besides the Shotgun punch, everything goes up by roughly 11%~14%, 10% from the boost extra 1% per combat training II stack and the remaining from everything else decent combat orders increases. Shotgun Punch on the other hand has a 36% decrease in min damage while still receiving a 8.9%~ damage boost in max damage, this ultimately resulted in overall damage loss of 1.2% in the 11 second test.

With Decent Combat Orders: http://puu.sh/sxb8D/d45ec57246.jpg

An 11.62% damage increase can been seen from using DCO which confirms that something is wrong with Shotgun Punch when DCO is involved.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Summon a damage test dummy from Dojo
2) Open up Battle Analysis
3) Use Decent Combat Orders
4) Recorded 1 minute damage test with Shotgun punch
5) Save results
6) Repeat process without Decent Combat Orders
7) Observe new results and compare

I've tested other 4th job skills and only shotgun punch gets a damage reduction from decent combat orders.

It's been another month and I've received no word if this issue is being looked at, would really like the 10% final damage decent combat orders gives me :<
