Suspicious attempts to access your account

after my post of changing email, i completely forgot about it, now after playing the Maplestory 2 CBT im getting "Suspicious attempts to access your account have been detected" so it ask me to "Reactivate" my account, the thing is i cant access my old email and its to late to change it.

I dont want to lose it, its pretty old, had it even before pirates came up, is there a way to get my account back?

i do have my PIC if that helps
