Sweetwater Axe speed is "Normal" instead of "Fast"

Brief bug summary: Sweetwater Axe has an attack speed of "normal", unlike all other high-level one-handed axes, which have the attack speed "fast".
More details:
2H axes have a higher weapon multiplier than 1H axes. This means that, given the same ATT stat on the axe itself, a 2H axe will do 10% more damage per hit than a 1H axe. 2H also generally have a slightly higher base ATT than the 1H axe of the same level or "set".
To make up for this, 1H axes are usually one attack speed level faster than their 2H counterparts, being "Fast (5)" as opposed to "Normal (6)" for 2H. Hitting faster makes up for doing less damage per hit, so the total damage per minute balances out.
(The same sort of balance exists between 1H and 2H swords, and 1H and 2H maces, as well).
All high-level one-handed axes are Fast, except for the Sweetwater Axe, which has the same attack speed - Normal - as the Sweetwater Two-Handed Axe, despite a lower base attack (178 vs. 182) and of course the 10% lower weapon multiplier (which applies to the entire weapon class). That makes it markedly inferior in every way, except perhaps aesthetic.
This does not make sense, and needs to be remedied.

Meanwhile, I have been informed that the same issue exists for the Sweetwater Mace: both 1h and 2h Sweetwater maces are Normal speed. The One-Handed version should be Fast.
