Ark - Burning character lost burning effect

    Hi,

    Earlier today I shared the maplestory tweet to get the burning effect item. I got the item, used in on a level 35 character, leveled to level 65 real quick. I dc' ed, and when I came back, i lost the burning effect. I'm now level 64, so I tried 3 more levels if i would get the triple level, but I didn't. Any help?

    Same issue. I created a new pj and at level 10 I used my "Mega Character Burninator". Everything perfect until level 76 when I disconnected the game. Enter and no longer had the burninator effect.

    Bug type: effects gone

    Brief bug summary: I used my burininator on Jett At level 31, trained a few level to 47 then logged out. When I reloggin, the burning effect disappeared and only get to 48. I tried to test if it is one time bug, but I trained to level 52 and the burnin effect is still not there

    Hi, I have also encountered this bug, and I bought a 7 day Hyper Teleport Rock (25Mill) in reboot on the burned Character. Now that there is this bug, I can't really make use of the teleport rock, and was wondering if I can get a refund on it.

    The same thing happened to me. I activated my burninator on my illium. At one point my game crashed and when I went back on I found out it was gone.

    Same here. For me it happened after using a legion growth potion I think, or maybe it's just a coincidence.

    the burninator stopped working at lv 47 :/
    i want to 48 and 49 like i didnt had the buff ;-;
