In Scania, restarting servers drops burnings.

I heard that restarting servers in Scania is in order to maintain the stability of that server. However, once servers are being restarted, burnings in maps are being dropped to 10% or no burnings at all. This is causing me having a lot of trouble playing this game. If there needs to be restarting servers for stability, I would suggest that burnings must not drop. I hope this problem gets fixed asap. Thanks in advance.
