  If it does not go away after restarting the game, you need to do a full shutdown and restart of your computer.

  I can confirm the bug is reoccurring. Quitting Maple or restarting the computer will remove the UI elements, but only until the next time the player enters the Legion battle.
  
  This is an old bug that had been fixed but it seems the last maintenance reintroduced it.
