Title Anvils

So there seems to be only 1 other thread in the suggestions, not sure if it has gained any traction, or been passed down. However I feel like creating Title anvils would be an awesome item in the CS to have.

We have been getting tons of new titles and some of them being very cool, and characters have tried to match their looks. Similar to what the Medal anvil does.

I think id would nice if Nexon could take a another look at bringing this out

    Support for title Anvil as well as option to hide your title/medal (or transparent title/medal) just like with effects.
