I can't even launch the game anymore?????

I fixed my first error by restarting. idk what was causing it however now i can't even log into the game anymore
Everytime i launch maplestory i get a pop up that says the following

"You cannot access the game for one of the following reasons:
1)the game world is down for maintance
2)you are accessing the game from a banned IP
3)Your internet connection is not stable"

is there a maintance ? I made sure my internet was fine
my ping is a steady 13ms and i did nothing to even hint at being banned

    You're not banned (this is not the message for banned players) and there isn't an ongoing maintenance.

    The game is probably having trouble connecting to the server. As far as why this is happening, I couldn't tell you.

    Double-check your firewall and make sure the game is allowed through. If that doesn't work, I would attempt a full shutdown (via the Windows command line, type the command "shutdown /s"). You may also try logging in front a different connection (such as a library) to see if it's your connection.

    Checked my firewall before all this even happened. my connection is still a perect 13ms
    ill try restarting or restoring to an earlier date

    wasn't the firewall
    wasn't the connection

    it just fixed itself? idk but it's working fine now

    im getting the same Message as the rest, i have all the Necesary ports open for the game to work,and have added Both Nexon folders (isntal location and Appdata) to the Ignore list for the firewall.
    only thing that i can tell you is that im From Europe i dont know if the others that have this issue are also from that Region, but if they are then that is something to look into

    Luna (Europe) still isn't up, they're still busy fixing the issues that were introduced after the recent update.

    the game gives the error right after the White screen with the Maple logo disapears.

    Since you're from Europe the game first tries to connect to Luna (game does this automatically), I have the same problem. This causes the crashes cause Luna isn't up yet.

    Can`t play either. Since they started the maintenance untill now. Playing from Europe to and keep getting the same message as the rest.
