MARVEL MACHINE CASH SHOP/GACHAPON ITEMS

Last night I put in a bunch of codes/coupons in the cash shop and Gachapon tickets that I got from the Marvel Machine. In all it was about 6 to 8 I collected at the time. Most of these was different kind of surprise boxes , like Valentines and Halloween and Gachapon . I put all of these in the Auction house for sale but kept one or two items , one being a weapon. This morning I find all of these items missing. No trace of being sold or failed , cant find them in Auction House at all, including weapon gone from my Equips Last night I had dc'd about 4 times in a row after being in game for 10 seconds or so. The char I was on at the time was AtWar on Chaos. Things that I also got from Gachapon are missing also. This is a huge amount of NX that was used for all of these things. I am so angry that this has happened. This kind of thing should never happen at all. I want all of my cash shop items back and Gachapon items.
