    under the best condition and control, yes blaster is number 1

    as far as average Ark, cadena and night lord have good damage but they can all do well.

    for reboot; id say ark cadena nl

    Bucc can pull off high dps and numbers without any conditions or great control just keep LotD up and spam octo punch and pop Nautilus Strike+buffs when needed XD heck you only need to use bucc blast when you are NOT 5th job and dont have LotD lmao, seriously the class is busted beyond repair even when its nerfed into the ground its still top tier dps on the charts and thats in the WORST conditions like mobile bosses and whatever else.
