Bug type: Cash shop item not working as intended

More details: Rhinne luster is a cash shop item (hat) from zero's outfit set which makes the wearer float.

Currently, the item is bugged for my Kanna, there is no floating hourglass effect and she does not float. However, It does work on androids.
I have uploaded images showing that the item effect is glitched on my character, and one where it is working on my android.
I suspect that this item may be bugged for non-KMS classes.

I have already performed a full shutdown, unequipped the item, tried testing it with effects off to no avail.


Steps to reproduce:

Use the item Rhinne luster on a non KMS character. Check if item effect is enabled. Your character will not be floating.

Character job: Kanna

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: Today, 8pm July 13th.

    New info:

    Rhinne's blessing is not found to be glitched for non-KMS classes. The item does not work concurrently with "Shoes of life" for some odd reason.
    If you swap out shoes of life with another nx shoe item, the floating hourglass effect returns.
