Maplestory white screen

Hi, every time i run the game it starts i go into the world everything works as soon as i start playing i get a white screen and it stays there i've tried a few things but my game keeps going white with no error, it just goes white and then i got to restart the game but it keeps happening, can anyone give me advice on this please, i really want to play. i've got already so far in the game and now this is happening.

    Game Keeps crashing at the First Ark Boss.

    Try pressing esc and see what happens. Worked for me.
