Fullscreen Crash Issue?

My game keeps trying to load in fullscreen and crashing because it can't, and the old Regedit trick isn't working. (soScreenSize isn't anywhere in the Nexon or Wizet folders.)

Is there another way to force the game to load windowed outside of the game without Regedit?

    Nevermind, after restarting the computer suddenly a bunch more files were in the regedit folder?
