Change for the reset time?

I feel like it would be much more comfortable if the reset time was set around midnight for UTC+3. It would work out for people in NA who have jobs that could possibly mess up their schedule with dailies (Such as myself). It could also give EU players a bit more time to finish up whatever they have to do. This also helps if there is a maintenance and the reset is within the maintenance duration.

personally I don't see the practical use of this idea.

Even if you have "jobs that could possibly mess up their schedule with dailies" if you're not getting your dailies done, that's a issue on your scheduling part, not the reset time part.

    Scenario:
It takes Person A 2hrs to do dailies everyday. Even if they can only play for 2hrs everyday because of their job, they should be able do their dailies regardless of the reset time-
Case 1: Person A does dailies from UTC+3 to UTC+5, no problem
Case 2: Person A does dailies from UTC-4 to UTC -2, still no problem
Case 3: Person A gets on to do dailies and UTC-1, does the second half of his dailies, reset happens, he does the first half of his dailies for the "next" day, no problem.

Given there's jobs that make you work varying shifts so you can't be consistently playing at the same time, it should still be on you to schedule your game time.

Also, no it does not help "if there is a maintenance and the reset is within the maintenance duration". Scheduled maintenance are almost always ~UTC +13. The only times maintenance overlapped with reset time were when they was unscheduled emergency maint. So even if the reset time gets pushed to UTC+3, there could still be an unscheduled emergency maint. during the moved reset time, meaning it doesn't change anything by moving it.
