game wont launch from nexon launcher

as title say the game wont launch u see it loading after u press the play button go dark like usual then it come back to green u have to click play again and so on. I did a full shutdown and i still have the isssue

    Also experiencing this issue, nexon game security doesn't load up and it just seems to give up. I would like to note that launching from steam is giving me no issues however.

    Uninstalled and reinstalling game due to same issue
