Ok, so, maplers have skills that make everyone's characters stronger for every character they have (more or less). I.e. player A has a lvl 100 priest as one character; he makes an Evan, who receives a permanent buff because there's a priest on the account that's leveled some.
My question is, does that carry across worlds? I have one character in Scania, but say I make a Reboot character - does that character receive the same buff because I have such a character elsewhere, or is it world bound?

    Link skills and Legion effects only apply to characters in the same world.
