External Config file for Remote effects off please

Remote effects Off was the way to do Ursus and it was nice way to improve performance ,so if is not much to ask I should like to know if is possible to have a way to turn remote effects off like we used to , many games have a config file where you can change some options , please.

    even chairs are effected

    I want the option of having remote effect off because I don't like seeing damage blocking the screen. Remote effect was useful during boss fights with damage reflect.

    you can change the way your damage appears in settings to be more opaqe ect
