Crimson Fate Set Quest Bug ???? ???? ??

After patch v200, I noticed a Crimson Fate Set Quest that's called something like ????? ????? ??? on the side and when accepted, the quest is telling me to wear the whole Crimson fate set to get a face accessory reward. However, after wearing the whole set, the quest seems to be glitched and no reward was given with a weirdly symbol-ed message.

    It was actually the Lady Blair quest :P They updated last night's server maintenance to remove it. Bummer I equipped some extra crimson fate pieces to try to get the face accessory reward. Thanks for reaching out.
