Unable to redeem Marvel Coupons in Cash Shop

Since the Black Mage update, I cannot redeem Marvel coupons in the cash shop. No error message, no item. And then when I click the coupon button again, nothing happens. The coupons are not expired. I did a full shutdown of my computer. I tried with a pre-Black Mage char and a new Tera Burning one. Same behavior with both. I also tried at least two channels. Same thing. Any ideas?

    I'm having the same issue with retrieving Marvel Vault items. C'mon Nexon fix your dam game!!
