    Hi DavOps!

    Please note that in order to open the Tier - 2 box, you need to have 15 open use slots for the Arcane Symbol Selector Coupons. Could you double check for me to make sure that you have 15 slots available?

    I had the same problem. Thank you. It would be nice if the box mentioned that the symbol coupons don't stack.
