[CASH SHOP BUG] ALL STAR Hair Disappeared

My Peculiar Hair from the all star hair coupon suddenly disappeared today. I bought the hair a few days ago. It's now replaced by a black hair Toben. I did not save the Peculiar hair because I didn't have a free slot. It disappeared when I went into the cash shop to spend my reward points and claim my mvp reward. I noticed I suddenly had a generic Toben hair and my face was empty (no mouth, no eyes). I tried relogging and restarting my computer but nothing works. I can't even check another hairstyle anymore.

Requesting that my old hairstyle be restored because of the bug. Thank you.

    Is there any hope of getting an answer regarding this issue? If other people have gotten the same bug and their hairstyle couldn't be restored, then I would really appreciate a confirmation. Even saying that "No, we can't restore your hairstyle" would help a lot for my peace of mind. I just want to know whether I should keep worrying about this or stop playing and move on.

    This is indeed a bug that has affected other people. Customer Support is usually able to restore the missing hair or face.

    Thank you. I have already contacted them about 36 hours ago but the GM only said he forwarded the issue to another GM that specializes in the issue. I have not heard from anyone since. I didn't know whether the lost hairstyle could be restored or not from his answer and was worrying about it.

    Thank you for the answer. I'll keep waiting for a reply from them.

    This has also happened to me... logged on to find my hairstyle had changed from OG xenon Hair to Toben hair hero hair...
    I am unable to send in a ticket via the conventional method @AKradian, so here are screens as well for myself:

    I've never used a hair coupon in this game and this is really bothering me because I don't know what to do about it...

    Why are you unable to submit a ticket?
