Lucid's silk hat from black mage's surprise boxes

There are two versions of lucid's hat: Lucid's silk hat and Lucid's hat, which the latter is untradeable and clips behind characters head and androids alike. I don't know if everyone is getting the wrong, clipping and untradeable version but i know a few others besides me got the wrong one.
