100% crash upon rune activation

Hi guys.

So I'm in the Weathered land of happiness CH24,
There's a Might rune on the second platform to the left. Current time 3:05 PM AEDT 12/01/2019
Pressing the NPC chat hotkey on the rune will crash my client. Restarting the client and walking back to the rune and pressing the NPC chat again still leads to a disconnection. Repeated 5 times.
I'm also a hero class, IGN WetFrog, world: Reboot. I give permission to check my logs.

    Confirmed to occur on same channel, 10 minutes later at raging souls map.

    Edit: Confirmed to occur on different channels and maps.. Note the game closes to desktop with no crash message.
    Rebooting my computer and seeing if this fixes the problem.
    Edit2: After a reboot, rune activation was successful with no crash. Interestingly an inferno den portal immediately appeared upon activation, probably not related but I thought I'd leave it here anyway.
