Limina Question

I am trying to access the Limina expedition but it says that I have to complete the Limina scenario first. How and where do I do that. I don't see anything about it in my alliance quest notifier.

    Should be a light bulb over your head or have to use the Maple Alliance icon to access storyline content.

    If you've completed 5th job advancement, then a light bulb will appear over your character. Click on it and it'll take you to the quest map. (I do not like this because having a stupid light bulb over my head is just annoying.)
