I can receive validation codes with other options reset and can't receive the verification code only when I reset the PIC.I was always prompted for PIC errors when I logged into the game. my nexon account is [redacted]. thank for your help.

I've tried everything..and still couldn't receive the validation code email.But i can receive other validation code e-mails,such as those that reset account or passwords.
