Allow crafted cubes to be traded

Suggestion: allow crafted cubes to be traded with other players.

Currently the crafted flames are tradable, so I'm not sure why crafted cubes aren't.

Please consider making this change.

    I'm not sure what the motivation was to remove their trade-ability in the first place, but we now have flames and those are trade-able when crafted. Surely this means there's an inconsistency here and they should either both be trade-able or both be account-only-trade-able.

    The players would all prefer full trade-ability over account level trade-ability.
