Having trouble logging in maplestory... HELP!

Conection issues

Well, after a long time of no mapling i decided to install Maplestory again. I downloaded the game from my Nexon laucher and then launch the game. It opens and let me choose a World and a channel. I've tried every world and it just keep loading in "Connecting to server" an after several minutes, i receive the "Having trouble logging in maplestory" Message. I've tried many solutions, the antivirus one, the regedit, reboot, reinstall... nothing works. I don't know if i'm am banned, or is mi ISP, because it happens in every PC in my house, and i just can log in here in maple forums using a VPN. Please, i want to play again!

    Colombia shouldn't require a VPN to connect to these forums, or the game.
