White pixel in Club V Dance chairs

Bug type: Sprite/Visual/Animation

Brief bug summary: The Club V Dance chairs have an additional white pixel at the bottom of the animation. It also keeps the character off the "floor", or floating in a sense.

Steps to reproduce:
Buy the Club V Dance chairs from the 14th Anniversary coin shop
Use the chair (on dark background to see it easier)
