Hi, i am on the 4th job advancement of hayato. If I use a mastery book on a skill that is from a 3rd job advancement and i level up can i get skill points for the skill that is from the 3rd job advancement?

    You can't use Mastery Books on 3rd job skills.
    When you use the mastery book, you are shown a list of skills that the book can be applied to, and must select one of them.
