Marvel Time and Pricing...
Like the title states, the pricing for crap when marvel comes out is beyond bs.
Literally everything is beyond over-priced.
Example: Scroll Bags for 3b+
I got a 20 slot soul bag which provides more use, for only 1 bill.
Guess I'll have to wait 4-5 years down the road, so the price can actually drop.

20 slot chair bags are usually fairly inexpensive though, at least they have been on bera, so that's always nice.
Well I got my soul bag for cheap when marvel was out, same with other bags.
But this scroll bag is something else. And from what I've seen it was around last year as well.
And that's Bera, not GRAZED. Completely different when you lack a player base in the 6 world alliance.
A recent event allowed everyone to get a 40-slot soul bag for free. And smaller soul bags are regularly available from various sources. So the demand for 20-slot soul bags is not very high.
Scroll bags, on the other hand, only exist in the 20-slot form, and are only available from cash sources. So the demand is high and the supply is low.
Usually the prices of items in Marvel go down as the Marvel run progresses and the supply increases. You can try waiting until the price goes down to what you are willing (and able) to pay.
That's what I was thinking. but with the world merges this year and such. It's gonna be complicated. But honestly paying 3b+ for some extra space is not my forte.
Hence why I stated about 5 years down the road. Because they'll pop up with a 40 scroll bag most likely and then the 20's can drop down a lot.
It wasn't a must for me, but I saw another post saying it was out last year. Thought maybe I could get it like the soul bag from marvel for the cheap. But apparently people value pixels a little too much in maplestory.
demand its not that high its the supply casino thing that takes your 5$ for a chance to get item you could MAYBE use and want
marvel unique-limited things wont drop price untill they get updated with better version
but it wont drop price alot if only way is your 5$

You may not think it's worth that much, but other people may think "sure what the hell, I have more than enough money". And the 20's may not drop at all. Even if they did add a 40-slot scroll bag(are there even that many scrolls anymore?), there's no way of knowing how they'd make it obtainable. For all any of us know right now it could be slapped right into marvel alongside, or even replacing, the 20-slot bags.
The long and short of it is, if a 20-slot scroll bag isn't worth the expenditure to you, pass on it. AK is right as well, look it up occasionally during marvel's run, as more people get them, they'll start undercutting other listings so they can sell theirs faster, it might compound enough so that you can get it for a more reasonable(to you at least) price.
I have done many, many marvel spins over the years and gotten quite a few items which have provided more than enough use. And I do the occasional 11 drop now a days, but I didn't expect the price to spike up so much.
