I was trade blocked because I was given the wrong items when I redeemed the codes with Marvel. Please be careful. Do not report this as an issue or the customer support team will retaliate by trade blocking your account and deleting items in auction house. Currently awaiting reply from Corporate, the CEO of Nexon America, Owen Mahoney. GMs do a lot for us in this game, however, the behavior of a few is simply disgusting. Abuse of power is evident. Putting this up as a public service announcement.

Everyone who received wrong items from the Marvel issue was trade-blocked. Some were released after a few hours, and the rest were released earlier today.

Here's how you didn't face discrimination: everyone who got incorrect items from marvel codes was trade-blocked. It's not like someone decided "hey let's pick a name out of a hat and trade-block them for laughs" and they landed on you.
And as AK said, the trade blocks have now been removed, so this entire thread is now a non-issue.
Likewise, bud. The people responding to tickets are, primarily, a third-party company with no relation to nexon save for the support contract. They have a set of pre-written responses that they're allowed to give. Of course, this almost always causes problems with them giving a pre-written response relevant to the situation and people crying that it's not good enough or shows a lack of care on the part of the support staff. It has nothing to do with how much or how little they care about anyone's issues, it's a matter of what they're allowed to respond to tickets with. There are in-house support staff who answer tickets and attend to live chat, of course, but those seem to be mostly an escalation staff of sorts rather than first contact.
So no, once again you have not been discriminated against. You've been given the same canned response that everyone else who submits tickets gets on less-common issues, such as trade-blocks due to marvel bugging out.
Also, you do have the ability to edit posts for an unlimited amount of time after posting. It's located here on all posts you've made.
And for now the third time, the trade blocks have been removed from those affected, you're causing a fuss over what has become a complete non-issue.
I am not saying that you have not been wronged, I'm just saying that you have not provided us with any proof or reason to believe you.
