Hi Maplers,

I was trade blocked because I was given the wrong items when I redeemed the codes with Marvel. Please be careful. Do not report this as an issue or the customer support team will retaliate by trade blocking your account and deleting items in auction house. Currently awaiting reply from Corporate, the CEO of Nexon America, Owen Mahoney. GMs do a lot for us in this game, however, the behavior of a few is simply disgusting. Abuse of power is evident. Putting this up as a public service announcement.

    For those facing similar issues, I am also in contact with head of HR, James De Jesus & Executive Director John Kim. Please comment your email and I will direct you towards their personal emails. GMs should not and will not have the power to stop players from escalating their discriminatory behavior.

    Keep in mind, only post your email if you have face discrimination from GMs and customer support specialists. Their time is very valuable and I would hate to waste it on unrelated issues. Thank you all.

    There is no discrimination and the GM didn't trade-block you for complaining.
    Everyone who received wrong items from the Marvel issue was trade-blocked. Some were released after a few hours, and the rest were released earlier today.

    AKradian, please do not claim there is no discrimination without actually knowing the issue. Could you please tell me how I faced or didn't face discrimination? Just an analogy; Fox News always seems to support Donald Trump. Make inference about what I mean if you desire.

    Furthermore, good point on the emails in public. Please DM me guys.

    Here's how you didn't face discrimination: everyone who got incorrect items from marvel codes was trade-blocked. It's not like someone decided "hey let's pick a name out of a hat and trade-block them for laughs" and they landed on you.

    And as AK said, the trade blocks have now been removed, so this entire thread is now a non-issue.

    Aggraphine, I like how you are quick to leg hug, but I didn't say I was discriminated by getting trade blocked. The issue was the biased statements made via email and customer support. Please don't act like you know everything, its embarrassing.

    Also I know reading a post in its entirety, albiet short, is beyond some people's comprehension. Please don't be confused. To clarify, I was not discriminated against because I was trade blocked. I was discriminated against via the messages sent between GMs and myself. Even Nexon HR Corporate agrees the messages were not in the tune of company policy. So what do you have to say about that Aggraphine and Akradian?

    Likewise, bud. The people responding to tickets are, primarily, a third-party company with no relation to nexon save for the support contract. They have a set of pre-written responses that they're allowed to give. Of course, this almost always causes problems with them giving a pre-written response relevant to the situation and people crying that it's not good enough or shows a lack of care on the part of the support staff. It has nothing to do with how much or how little they care about anyone's issues, it's a matter of what they're allowed to respond to tickets with. There are in-house support staff who answer tickets and attend to live chat, of course, but those seem to be mostly an escalation staff of sorts rather than first contact.

    So no, once again you have not been discriminated against. You've been given the same canned response that everyone else who submits tickets gets on less-common issues, such as trade-blocks due to marvel bugging out.

    Also, you do have the ability to edit posts for an unlimited amount of time after posting. It's located here on all posts you've made.

    And for now the third time, the trade blocks have been removed from those affected, you're causing a fuss over what has become a complete non-issue.

    This may sound harsh, but I don't quite understand the situation here. In the first message, you claim that GMs may retaliate against complaints about trade block by further trade blocking your account? Then you explain that you were discriminated in personal messages between you and a GM, but don't actually give any details on how you were discriminated against while acknowledging that the trade block itself isn't the issue here. Additionally, you want us to DM our email addresses to you to provide "proof", instead of clarifying anything here. If anything, this looks like a fairly low-quality email address phishing campaign.

    I am not saying that you have not been wronged, I'm just saying that you have not provided us with any proof or reason to believe you.
