Why can't I play as the Zero Class

Every time I go and play Maple story there are a bunch of classes to choose from but there are two classes that you can't pick Zero and Beast Tamer. If the community has an answer please tell me.

    These classes are only available for creation for a limited time period.
    The last time was winter and there usually tends to be a creation event in the summer so hopefully one will come soon for you.
