Hieizan Quest/Mini Boss Bugged

Brief bug summary: The mini boss called 'Mikagami' isn't spawning and I can't forfeit the quest to try again. This is when I picked Hayato with the metamorphasis potion.
I have tried relogging and exiting the dungeon multiple times with no success.

    Bug Summary: Quest "Investigating Hieizan - Kanna" on chain 10/13 I cannot enter the area where Mikagami is supposed to spawn, it tells me that I don't have the required quest to do so. I cannot forfeit the quest.
