i didnt recieve the Legendary Cryptic Chest

so i created a burning character, i level it to 151 now...
i was looking at gear guide , then i look back at the burning project, i see that i should recieve a Legendary Cryptic Chest long ago at lvl 100 but i didnt recieve it.
is it just me?

    Did you accept the tera burning thing out of your event notifier? Because that's where you get all the neat box stuff for a burned character.

    is it where i check for available event? i checked it there no accept option tho... it only tell me what the event about and what item it give.
