Unable to create a new Character

in Bug Reporting
It keep showing failed to create due to unknown error.. What do i do?? my old character in the the same "Aquila' server is fine but i cant seem to create another one

    From the server name Aquila, I understand that you play Maplestory SEA.
    These forums are for the GMS service. We are completely separate and can't know why you are having this issue.

    i have the same problem , tried for more than five times and even restarted my comp . Please fix this asap i rlly wanna play the game :(
