Hello! The game crashed while I was doing a quest and now I'm stuck!

Character Name: x0Nelin0x
World: Bera
Stuck on: Alien Base: The Cell of General Holding

I started doing the missions to be able to kill the Galacto Dril boss and at the time of carrying out the mission "Dramatic Escape" no enemy appeared to be able to obtain the key to the escarpment of the alien base and to conclude the time was caught in this map "Alien Base: The Cell of General Holding" where you can not do anything, not even leave it. Help me please!

    If I recall correctly, I saw a post like this before and the person was told to submit a ticket so that a GM could move them out of the map
