I know that there's already Wild Hunter but what if you had a char that can ride a bird or a eagle or something like that and while doing that he can also shoot using a gun or a bow. would be cool imo.

Not a bad idea for an Archer, though it kind of overlaps with Wild Hunter already.

True but not must to copy the skills, and also instead of archer it could be a pirate which will shoot rockets or with a gun.

Not so much to copy its skill, its because the general idea of "Creature rider that shoots stuff" is already taken by Wild Hunter, airborne or not. Guns could be a good replacement but it needs some gimmick to make it unique and avoid overlapping too much with Wild Hunter. Another could be a warrior or a mage similar to the Dragon Rider.

Bowmen explorers have birds as summons (Bowmaster with Phoenix, Marksmen with Freezer and the newest addition, Pathfinder having a Raven.) It would be interesting if the bird can carry your character like it were a helicopter rather than riding it like a horse. For players who played the GTA see the police shoot you while they hold on to the helicopter via ladder. I am thinking if this can be for a new class, or implemented as a V skill. How I wonder how your character will hold on while one hand holds their weapon and the other is for drawing arrows is still a mystery.

The bird can will be flapping hard and be producing shockwaves that damage enemies while pushing them back and stunning them.

Good idea, instead of using a weapon that you hold it it could be attached to the hand.
