    I redeemed a NX Code on wrong account. So I used the account to send a ticket ( waited for 3 days have not heard any respond , tried to login => suspended to support site )
    Then I used the account I redeemed the NX code. I got some reply back to final step. They told me to confirm my acknowledge that is they're going to be disabling all access to the account currently holding the 10000 NX permanently. Then they suspended me to login to support site AGAIN WHEN I HAVE NOT HAD A CHANCE TO CONFIRM ????? like really nexon ?
