If you have take over window open when timer hits 0 it won't let you claim immediately, as far as I know completely closing out the game and reopening has always fixed this issue
I haven't heard this problem from any of my friends or alliance members, please remember the daily reset is at 5pm, also if you pay when trying to go into zakum you will not be moved in. Try changing channels before talking to Npc to enter boss room
They never have and are not supposed to, it may seem like they are similar in some ways but are functionally different. Please be aware you need real runes, and not a lure to complete take over. Once again this is not a bug
